interesting. I had one of their awnings and awning rooms for years. Used it in heavy wind/rain on beach campouts. Kept me dry and out of the elements for years. It finally took a 30 knot wind storm to cause some damage on mine.

the ladder is like other RTT ladders, pretty tuff on your feet. I purchased the iCamper step pads and added them to the ladder. That helped a ton.

I went a different route and run an electric blanket. It works great. I do have a battle born lithium battery but there's plenty of power to get through a long, cold night. Now I don't have a ton of bedding up in the RTT which is another side effect that I would call a win.
