The DEF tank is 5 1/2 gallons. I'd say I go through about 1 gallon of DEF per two tanks of diesel. That is mostly a guess though. I fill up at gas stations that have DEF at the pump and I rarely pay attention to my DEF/ fuel ratio. I just fill them both up.

Factory 32 Gallon tank. The truck gets 14-18 mpg fully loaded depending on your driving habits. If that's not enough range, Titan makes a nice 52 gallon drop-in replacement tank that I would be happy to source and install for the buyer.

There is not. Instead, you can fit all the bedding in the world up there and not worry about roof clearance. I've had many FWC's in my life and I far prefer this setup. I have an anti-condensation mat under the mattress, a mattress topper, four pillows, a full set of sheets, and a huge duvet...
