I run 35s with almost no rub at all. Have you done the fender mod?
They clear on flat ground. When you stuff a tire it hits. It is not the front as much as the rear. The front is 2" forward over stock. Trimming the rear fenders on the suburban is a little different then the truck. The rear AC lines run down the passenger side rockers.

So as for tire clearance, here is the passenger side front with stock bumper. You could not turn the wheel without hitting hard. Most people would just trim the corner a little. I took the corner off and then some.
I will have to remove the bumper ro unbolt the side brace off the bumper. I am also going to shim it a little when it goes back on and make new side braces. It looks fine but I think it might dancer a little diving if I don't.

Looks good, the fender mod is just on the outside so may not affect your AC lines. Kinda makes me wish I had gone SAS on mine seeing yours here.

Moving my axle up on my 85 right now. Just an inch now but maybe more when the D60 goes in.

Your truck in begging for a custom front bumper!

I just used a sawzall on my front bumper. No problemo.?

I did a one man break bleed and backed it out. Needed to clean the shop and washed the suburban off.
Still need to get my front drive shaft cut down, mount rear shocks, and off to the exhaust shop.

Been a minuate. Deer season has sucked me in. The suburban went to the exhaust, alignment and back to the tuner. Went with a magnflow muffler and 3" exhaust. No cats and deleted 2 of the O2 sensors. When we tuned the truck after the cam swap it had a exhaust leak and could not get it dialed in. Now with the new exhaust my tuner did a few small adjustments and it is good to go. Picking it up from the alignment shop tomorrow.

More than a few but we all get busy. Nothing like on hand tuning vs generic.

I need to finish my lift, was fun driving home last weekend in 2x in the snow. Will say the Yukon and Maxxis tires did me good!

Got the truck home last night and started to work on the rear draw system. Mostly because it was taking up shop space. This is the same one I had in the back of my duramax. Need to narrow it by about 1 1/2" and shorten it by about 9".

Very nice, I had a pull out setup in my 96 for RC PlanesIMG_2594.JPG, now just a slider in my 06 Max.

Got the draw system cut down in length and test fitted in the back. Still need to cut down the draws.
Got some fox 2.0 for the rear and a ARB dual compressor. I ran a york 210 on my duramax with a 15 gallon tank.
Any idea of where to mount the compressor on the suburban?
