Well done Duraburbs can fetch a pretty penny, but of course then you’re waiting for the right buyer. I suppose you’d be waiting for the right buyer for a SAS Burb anyways though.

so you have a rolled and legless LLY still? How much would you sell that thing for if you don’t do Duraburb?

Don't know. The LLY has studded heads, 64mm turbo, stroker pump, built trans and tuned with EFI live. If someone makes a good offer I will let it ride. It might find it's way into my K5.

Unless you have a strong need for a pickup, the DuraBurb route is damn near perfect. I think you’ll enjoy the hell of out of it. Keep us posted of the progress.

Side Project
Good friend called and said he had a deal for me. 07 lbz crew cab with a blown head gasket and no bed. Next thing I know he dropped it off Friday.
I got all the parts together over the last few week to do the head job and had everything ready to go.
Pulled the motor Friday night. Pressure washed the engine bay and disassembled the motor Saturday morning. After lunch Saturday started to put her back together.

Was hoping to have it finished all in one weekend. Problem is have a broken motor mount and a broken down pipe. Now we order parts on Monday.

48 hours after haveing the truck in my possession the motor has been removed, heads replaced and reassembled. Was going to put in back in today but, the down pipe and one motor mount was broken.
She got new heads, ARP studs, water pump, idler, belt and new filters when she gets dropped in.

Been a minute. Got the 07 back together with new trans lines and put my old bumper on it. Got a set of leveling keys from a friend and going to put them in soon. My friends have started to refer to this truck as the "Farm Truck".
Planning on daily driving this truck then start the tearing the LLY apart for the duraburb swap.

2" keys 37 SSR on Teailready beadlocks. Think it will get some 315's.
