Winch is on and wired up , need to add some bracing but the steel yard was closed by the time I got around to figuring things out . Hope to get it stuck in the snow this weekend and try it out .

Redid my platform and cleaned it up with a little carpet and a nice piece of alder for the drawer face .

After a fun trip to camp in the snow giving the winch a good workout the little lady said it needs more tire … oh darn

New shoes , 35x10r17 kenda klever rt . Very minamal rubbing drives great

Been getting out on day trips and a couple camping trips , tires are fantastic I still squeak 16mpgs highway under 65 . Aired down they work well in 3ft of snow so far . Just ordered a spare and will get started on a tire carrier here soon .

most recent trip out was with my little one .. well no so little anymore, into central Oregon for some exploring camping and stargazing .

With a little bend of the pinch weld and some slow heating and bending of the liner and steps there’s now plenty of room .

I swear Murphy hates me some days , found out the ebrake on the forklift randomly pops off for no apparent reason sometimes .

Man 8psi is the sweet spot in the snow for the kendas . Such a great day out exploring with the little lady . A good day of driving in a couple feet of snow seeing bear , elk and deer plus tons of spring melt waterfalls . Such a great day out .

That looks fantastic- I like how you were able to retain your stock rear bumper. I've seen some similar set-ups, and it's easier on some vehicles than others. If you get a chance, could you post more pics of how the tire carrier is set-up, mounted, and holes were cut in the bumper cover?

That is a really nice swing out. Keeping the factory bumper looks great with the body lift.
