06 4Runner wheels onto new Tacoma?

I would like to sell my stock SR5, 16x7" 4Runner wheels to a friend who has a 2007 Tacoma DC 4x4 TRD/locker. Any reason these won't fit his Taco?

Also plan to sell him some used Toyo M/T 265/75 to put on the wheels.

Are you thinking of my FJ cruiser wheels, the ones I had at the ExPo? I'm not selling those, in fact I'm going to buy one more tomorrow (online).

I'm only selling the original/stock 4Runner wheels. They have more back-spacing, are a few pounds lighter, and are 16x7" instead of 16x7.5" like the TRDs.
