Where did you get the mount for the Ham radio faceplate?
Where did you mount the actual unit/receiver and the mic?

It's by Panavise. This one is their 4Runner specific model.
The HAM "box" is under my passenger seat currently, but I will probably eventually move it to a more permanent home mounted to the back of my drawers behind the rear seats. The mic is going to me mounted via an adhesive mic clip similar to my CB.
