08 land rover LR3 HSE price drop! $7000

selling my LR3. currently in davenport iowa 52722.
lived its entire life till 2023 in Alabama. no rust!
171,500 miles. will go up slightly.
have car fax from when i bought it. has some service records.
4 owners . no accidents on car fax or with me.
lots of maintenance done including
new rear diff.
new denso alternator.
cluster fixed .
new toyo open country AT3 4k miles ago.
new brakes front and rear.
new drivers heated seat element.
new front lower control arms
new fluids.
have full list on request.
body is good no big dents or dings. paint is good but has some light scuffs and oxidation on upper part of roof.
interior is clean.
have extra set of 19inch wheels and tires.

has bad backup sensor.
front sunroof does not work. drains have been fixed no leaks.

For anyone looking at this, I've been talking to gmtech and mechanically this is a well sorted out LR. If it wasn't so much to ship this to the West coast, I'd be buying it.

Donyou know when the t-stat housing was last done? Orig cooling system?

tstat was done before i owned it according to car fax. water pump was also done. rest of cooling system is probably original.
sun roof doesnt work.
i fixed the rear park sensor last week.
trans pan is seeping.
