'Sick'? (common teen response to everything they see?) It's just a common European Westfalia highroof. They were available both ways in Europe. Also has the somewhat anemic 70hp turbodiesel. Otherwise, no different that the poptop version widely available in the US. Maybe 'unusual in N America' is a better description.
