I heard all those Land Rovers got to the bottom of the boulders and turned around. I guess they were afraid to rip a plastic body panel off. I'm surprised they did the last water crossing.

Mission Viejo Land Rover Dealer Event... We were at the top of the boulders waiting to come down and someone asked if we were the only two Land Rovers that made it up...

By chance does anyone know who owns this Unimog. The two occupants were laughing when they saw several of us bowing down to the sight of there Unimog passing. Very Cool indeed.

Wow I think we have to take you guys with us as our photographers next time! We were just taking him out for a spin to test some of the work done so far and didn't expect all the worship! I hope the unimog doesn't come to expect this sort of treatment!

Welcome to the Expo. Just say when and where I would like to be there. My photographs were not very good do to my jaw dropping to the ground.:smileeek: That is one very cool vehicle. By chance could you get a 4th seat up front for a small child. I could make one similar and call it my family wagon.:sombrero:

I've seen a unimog rig to carry the kids in back as the family "wagon"
I'd love to get some of the pictures we don't have many of it out moving since we're usually in it!
Its still under construction but we're looking forward to some real expeditions soon.

Thank you all again who came out on this run.

I really enjoyed our time together and meeting new ExPo friends!

Many have asked how my son is doing........and I know many of you have prayed for him and have sent PM's asking how he is doing.

I spent tons of hours at the hospital after this run. My son finally got out of the hospital last Wed. He almost didn't make it. He had pneumonia.....and a secondary lung infection.

Finally last Monday they said he would be OK. What a relief!

God is real........and miracles do happen!

Hug your kid tonight! .........Really hard!

FNG here, been lurking when time permits and working on my son's FJ62...But I would like to do this trip also, would be nice to meet some folks also. I'll keep watching this thread for updates.
