I just wanted to say I love the build and hope to put something together along this as well. Thanks for keeping it updated with lessons learned. Happy Travels

Currently looking into Super Single rim swap options, and 35s or 36s.

I am on the fence.Ill follow along, I haven't really felt the need for singles though. I appreciated the dualies for flats....
$400 each isn't too bad...Tempting, with a 36" or 37" Mickey MTZs.

I am on the fence.
Duals cons: can't air down, harsh ride, and chance of getting damaging rocks jammed between duals.

Singles allow for much lower hwy and daily driving air pressure than the 75 PSI my 19.5 Continentals require. You can air down some, remember your not going to run 15 psi or less like a normal truck. Too heavy for that.
Rocks pull out easy with an old strap.
Is the ride that much better with singles?

$400 isn't bad at all, and I located the MTZs on Amazon lower than what they are offering for their package deal.$400 each isn't too bad...

Yeah definately allows for lower pressures. I'll try a ride in yours when your done to compareSingles allow for much lower hwy and daily driving air pressure than the 75 PSI my 19.5 Continentals require.
Things like washboard roads and chewed-up fire roads are where you will seriously enjoy the different. Drove a recently grated dirt road in Elko, NV in 2015; thought the dash was going to vibrate out the window. Had to slow to 10 mph. Was frustrating.

Awesome, I'm serious about wanting to try yours first! I need to see that rig one of these days.
I received my quote today. Will be measuring wheel well clearances tomorrow.
Another plus - I am running 4.88 gearing currently. The V10 with 32s has tons of power and pulls like a beast, but the RPMs get up there at hwy speeds. 35s or 37s would be just about right for the correct rpm range.
