She is not pretty, originally from the East coast. Nothing structural or leaks anywhere, just rust on the body, frame/drivetrain not rusted(probably coated long ago?)
As stated, I have receipts for all of the above work ranging from 2017-present.
She starts up in the cold no issue on first glow plug cycle everytime, runs like a top, tranmission is smooth, almost no smoke on startup, and no blowby. The thing has some serious power, never tuned.
THE BAD:
The rust on the body is not the most aesthically pleasing but doesn't affect any performance or structure.
Needs tires sooner than later
Interior rattles here and there while driving(nothing safety or wrong...it's a 2006 4x4 van so almost expected)
The airbag sensor trouble light is on the dash which came on after I replaced the radiator with an aluminum one, there is a sensor on the radiator support that comes and goes.
Battery light is on after I replaced entire battery system, again does not affect anything, it is just on the dash.
Stereo works but leaves more to be desired
I am sure I am forgetting something whether it is work wise or general information. Have some odds and ends to throw in with it, battery power back, foam mattresses,

$17000
$17500 with the Dometic fridge/freezer, like new condition
Clean title

NEW PRICE $18000, $18500 with fridge

Height is 5'10 inside.
It passed emissions just last fall, it is local here in Colorado. Yes, passed visual and opacity test.
