Location: Torrance, CA
Price: $10,500

Ultra Clean, Unmolested, non-Modified stock 2006 LR3 ready for the trail as is or build it out crazy. Either way this is a great platform that runs solid w/ no leaks, no drips, no rust, no noises, no fault codes and is super clean inside and out. Best of all, it has the OEM locking rear diff AND a full size spare. All non HD LR3 models only come with the donut spare which IMO is worthless in an off road application.

This LR3 has the SE trim package w/ 18" wheels and the 4.4L V8 engine. It is the 7 seater w/ the mini 12V fridge in the center console. Leather interior and Navigation and 4x4 info dash display. Harmon Kardon Sound. All seats lay flat or can be configured independently.

Four-Wheel Electronic Traction Control (4ETC)
All-Terrain Dynamic Stability Conrtol (DSC)
Hill Descent Control (HDC)
Terrain Response System

The only mechanical issue is the key FOB operation. I have had the battery changed out 2x but it has not solved an issue with the unlock button. It locks fine but only unlocks intermittently. I think it must be an electrical contact in the unit. I had it looked at by the dealer and new FOB is $275 from Land Rover. Dash has cracks as all Rovers of this age do (there is a dash cover installed) and the drivers seat does have a small area 2" of wear in one of the seams. (See photo) There are a few very minor scratches in the paint.

Vehicle was purchased from West Coast Rovers in Lake Forest, CA. A full diagnostic check was done prior to purchase. This Rover has spent it's entire life in sunny Southern CA. I am very meticulous and it took me 5 months to find the right one with both a solid maintenance history and one in excellent condition.

My plan was to do a simple tasteful build but this week I was contacted by my Mercedes Benz dealer who told me that a 2018 4x4 Sprinter that I had inquired about has become available. The original customer who ordered it 9 mos. ago has decided to go another direction. 2018 is the last year of the current model Sprinter Vans built in Germany and the 2019 (which will now be built in South Carolina) are not nearly as attractive to me so I am jumping on it. Anyway, this is the reason for the sale.

As stated, everything on the vehicle works as it should. It is truly in fantastic condition and runs, drives and shows as such. I spent months looking and I doubt you will find a better LR3. Please contact me with any questions or for additional information or images. Feel free to have it checked out by your mechanic, or fly into LAX and drive it away. I have a copy of the Car Fax for interested parties.

Thanks for looking.
