I can see this as a great platform for a live in toy hauler. It also might sell for cheap.

Nice truck. But anyone looking to buy this, be warned... it probably was idled for a long, long time (based on the setup) on the side of roads. So even though it's got only 85,000 miles, the engine is probably close to being worn out is my guess. Would need a lot of work done to it...

Adam, just wondering. Given setup how would it have been used at idle? I don't see refrigeration or other devices that might require long term idle. Curious how it would have been used. It looks like a huge mobile storage unit. Never seen such a setup before.

Oops sorry I forgot to explain :) Yes, I thought so too, then I watched the video on the site. There's a huge arrow mounted on the rear of the truck (traffic control arrow) and yellow strobe lights all over it. Based on the setup, it's obvious this truck probably was a "cone truck" meaning it held orange cones and road signs. If you look, you can see the metal racks at the front that probably are designed to hold road signs. That's why both sides of the truck slide open and up, easy access to orange cones. They use these trucks to put hundreds of cones on the road, and then they park it at the end of the road and leave the engine idling for 8 hours while they do road work so that the traffic control lights/strobe lights have power. Frankly I am surprised it's got 88,000 miles. They really got a lot of use out of this for sure!

Not saying its a bad deal, just mentioned it because it was a sneaky thing I noticed in the video :) Engines are expensive though, and they do wear out...
