My birthday is in a month and a half, so we'll call it an early birthday present. I just set up the appointment for delivery on Friday!! I also ordered some off road lights for it a few days ago. The fog light inserts will also be delivered today.. so looks like next weekend should be pretty productive since I am headed out of town on Friday!

Color me jealous! Congrats man! :)

BTW, can you tell me what freight company they used, shipping weight and what the cost of shipping was?

How come there are two boxes for the winch?

The shipper paid the shipping charges, so I'm not sure of the actual cost. This weighed 176 lbs and was delivered by Averitt Express. ABF Freight is comparable (and I work for them so of course I'm going to recommend).

The winch on the bottom is mine, it is a 9000 lb Engo with synthetic winch line. The one on top is for my dad. He's going to be buying a first gen Tacoma as a run around vehicle this summer so I ordered him a 9000 lb steel line one as it was quite a bit cheaper than the synthetic.

My lights should be delivered on Monday, so hopefully I can get it installed next weekend!

Yep, I hardly had time to rearrange the garage to get it in! My lights came in on Monday, so I've now got everything needed to get it installed. HOPEFULLY that will happen this weekend. Got to check with my friend and see if he and his A-Frame lift are available!

I've also got a new battery to install before I get the winch and lights hooked up. Mine's the original and it tested as weak at my last oil change. Luckily my dad won one at some event he went to that is slightly stouter than the stock one but is the same size that he dosen't have a use for. Gotta love free stuff!

Unless something changes, tomorrow is the day! I've got my bumper all loaded up and ready to go. I'll be heading to my friend's shop after church and we'll get to work!

Stay tuned for after pics!

Welp, here she is! The install wasn't too terrible, the worst part was the winch drama we had.. Anyway, I finally got it all put together save the winch controller and fairlead (don't ask) and fog lights. Anybody have experience with putting the ARB fog lights in the bumper? I don't quite know how to wire it so that the switch on my headlight stalk turns them on like they did the stock fogs.

I'll replace these with better daylight shots tomorrow!

Looks amazing! Can't wait to see some pictures in daylight, but that is literally the perfect looking bumper, are you planning on throwing in some foglights in those circular covers?

Thank you! I love it, they're not too out there like some winch bumpers are.

I have a set of fogs to go in there, just trying to sort out the wiring first! I also have a set of PIAA 4" driving lights to mount on there as well.

Now that is one good looking bumper! I do hope it all gets figured out wiring-wise. Makes me really lit the fire and get mine going. How does the front sit rake wise? I hear steering dynamic gets changed a bit after install so that might be something to note... Looks awesome! Can't wait to see it out getting dirty.

Not sure what kind of wiring your lights came with. Does it have a relay and dedicated switch?

A light just needs two wires - power and ground. You could wire it to the wiring for the factory fog lights, so you can control it with your factory fog light switch. Depending on how many watts your lights are, you could splice it in directly. Otherwise, I would recommend you use a relay. The switching will be controlled by the old power wire for the factory fog lights. Then your power supply will be the battery or any decent 12V source that's only on when the key is turned to ON. I'd recommend the latter.

BTW, bumper looks great. But I just HAVE to ask... What problems did you have with the solenoid box and fairlead?
