Van measures 21 feet long (including spare tire), about 9.5 feet tall (including removable rain guard on the Fantastic Fan), and about 6.5 feet wide.
The interior roof of the van is about 6 feet tall.
Both the van’s systems and RV components are professionally maintained with an open checkbook policy. It has spent most of its life stored indoors in north Texas, and to my knowledge, all systems are working. I’m happy to show you the maintenance records from the last 4 years we’ve owned it; we’re the 2nd owners. It was also babied by its first owners.
The van currently seats 2 people. The rear bed makes into a couch that has lap belts. However, our new inverter has a larger footprint than the factory inverter, and the bed can’t go into a couch position without removing the inverter. This was never a problem for us as we always kept the bed made.
The “pleather” on the front seats is peeling. This is a common issue in Roadtreks. We placed custom seat covers on the seat, and I think they look quite good.
