More pics from Day one on the lift, axle and suspension swap out....
As it sat before anything done...other than some exterior odds and ends etc...
Brian getting started....Chris and Matt at BDR lent a hand too...
The axles...Dynatrac Prorocks with welded on, raised Synergy HD trackbar brackets. A PR44 Unlimited w the works and a PR60 for the back...
Synergy Heavy Duty adjustable draglink and tie rod with some Metalcloak high clearance HD adjustable trackbars.
There are a couple 1350 JE Reel driveshafts and the Synergy Sector Shaft and Trackbar reinforcement set are in there somewhere too...
Axles out...
PR60 vs Stock D44...the Dynatrack ones...even the 60..have more clearance than a stock D44...
PR60 vs D44 rear...
Axle comparison...new HD 35 splines for the ARB lockers....
Day 2.
Few problems to contend with. Front end links too short. Overnighting a couple JKS adjustables. Bolts for bumpstops from AEV were for drilling out a corresponding hole in that bracket, and mounting it...but the ProRocks changed that up with a wider hole of their own already drilled. Easy fix, but for tomorrow....few other issues...more tomorrow.
Finished the rear, though. Now I have a pallet of parts to get rid of...
Congrats on a smoking nice Rubicon.
Any weekend trips planned? Or just going to continue the build through the winter in preparation for spring?
Your picture would make an excellent desktop shot.

Thanks Scott. I just took that with a cellphone....Just got it home late last night. Right now, Im running in front wheel drive only...it drives real funky. Wont be taking it off road until the long arms get here sometime next week and we have a chance to push the axles out to install the rear driveshaft. Here's the issue, due to the stock arms and a 4.5" lift with the aftermarket axle:
But no...Theres not a prayer in hell Im waiting for the spring. The minute that Im sure its all good suspension wise, aligned and have my lockers running and full 4wd, Im wheeling it somewhere!
