Always LOVED the solid roof pop up design they came up with. Looks like you've really improved it and put it on a pretty rad base truck. GLWTS. Great rig.

Out of curiosity are you sure this is 11k watt hours? Thats 916Ah (you state 800ah), why did you install that big of a battery bank when you aren't running AC systems, and just using 12v appliances that draw low amps aside from the induction cooker?

This is the formula to check if its not actually 11k: Ah = Wh / V

Electric BBQ is from Kenyon, located in the outdoor pull-out kitchen. You also have the following outdoor: 2x Induction cooktop, counter space, sink, running water, 120V plug

On average I get 8.7 miles/gallon. When driving freeway, I get 9.4 miles/gallon.
I made a "bug screen" that is velcroed over the front opening. (image shown over the door opening)

Two tanks. (Ford built-in: 40 gallons, 2nd tank: 32 gallons). 2nd tank refills the first tank, starting the fuel pump from a timer.
I wrote a full owner's manual which includes: details on parts, how to operate, troubleshooting tips, etc ... The two tanks' description is part of it.
