I have no ulterior motives and wish you the best with the sale with what is, in my opinion, the best platform for an overlanding rig.Is this how you support forum members? By making uninformed and derogatory/disparaging remarks? Maybe you should withhold such comment??This is a for sale post on an offroad forum, and we’re trying to inform potential customers of upgrades (something we appreciate as a buyer).
In case you didn’t read the thread, this rig sustained two adults and a 2 year old on a 12,000 mile, 3-month trip from Reno NV to Atigun Pass.
Should you choose to continue, @admin will be notified.
I responded to the post that wondered why it was still for sale.
I gave my personal reasons. It possibly could have been received as useful feedback to the OP from a person who was in the market for this platform. But I guess not. Sorry to offend. I’ll remove it if you would like. Let me know.

FYI - Carfax only lists information if a shop chooses to include their work on the digital record.
We have the original documents when we purchased the truck, and documents we've accumulated over the past three years (manuals, service, receipts, etc.)

What a great looking rig. As another camper DIY'er, this looks like a really well completed build and also am surprised this hasn't yet sold since seems like a great camper-truck and price for a ready to go complete rig. So much less cost than self-building or buying new. Wishing you luck with the sell, from another Reno-Tahoe area resident.
Feb 5, 2026 update:
Tire rotation and cleaning - takes about 1.5 hours to rotate and reinflate the tires.
Another hour-ish to clean and dress.
After rotation:
Rear tires measure ~20/32" (~85psi)
Front tires measure ~18/32" (~63psi)
More camper fine-tuning:
- Replaced the rear lower marker lights and ditched the soldered connections for wago connectors.
- Resealed the entire lower part of the camper seams with sika 252 in fall 2025.
- Added insulating blankets to all windows to increase thermal efficiency in cold weather. The thermal image shows an uninsulated hatch as black (coldest), and insulated rear windows as green (similar temp to wall)
