Mine came with the light. It’s not very bright though. I need to see if I can swap out the bulb for a higher lumen LED.

It’s an option, I added one to mine to, they are a halogen bulb. Check out superbrightleds.com, I get allot of stuff from them, I bet they got an option.

Yea, I have seen some that came with them as well. What is strange is neither my 2012 Mega cab Longhorn dulley Cummins, my 2017 Tradesman Hemi, or this Tradesman Cummins has had one. There seems to be no consistency. One of the guys on CF yesterday said his 2018 Laramie didn't even have the plug. LOL... No idea. Just glad it is cheap, and mine had the plug I guess.

Thanks for that info. I may order one since it is a bit dim of a light. Better than nothing however if you are ever on the side of the road.

They list one for the Underhood light, just looked. I have been using their products for years and never had one fail... great prices too. My wife just sold her Jeep and got a Tahoe, I pu their led bulbs in the fogs, very bright for $50.

Good Lord that place has a TON of stuff. I honestly can not find it at all. You got a link?

Yes they do, service is awesome also! I just bought some of their led fork truck lights I’m going to mount them as backup lights. I can’t say enough good about this business, they will get your order out quick and have great prices, I think that bulb you want is $5.

I think I may try a few other items out now that I am in there. I have been looking through their LED shop lights, and a few have caught my eye. Thank you for the information on that site. Looks like it will come more in handy than a simple under hood replacement light. Appreciate that!

Changed the Cabin filter today, as well as added some LED strip lights inside my topper side doors. They will eventually be on a door button, but for now the push on/push off button will be fine. Can't wait to see how bright they are tonight. The cabin filter was slightly dirty, but not too terrible. Decided to go with a carbon filter this time to try out.

I am also getting ready for the 10K mile service and tire rotation tomorrow. Draining the oil tonight, and getting started first thing in the morning.

It’s weird, cummins recommends valvoline, but ram says run rotella in the manual. My local ram dealer runs rotella. FYI the molar filters are fleetgaurd.

That’s funny I just bought some LED strip lights also for my topper! Great choice on the filters!

Had I known about the website you showed earlier, I probably would have got them there with my underhood light. They are BRIGHT however.

Thanks! Just researched it as good as I could, and used what I thought appropriate.

I used Rotella T6 on the 5K oil change. It was fine, but after researching it some more I will be using the recommended oil from Cummins from now on. I just figured if they were the ones that did the research on it initially, and they build their engines with that oil in mind, who am I to argue. Seems well enough for me. Especially with the extended service life filter.

I looked for a set of just Fleetguard fuel filters, but honestly it was easier and cheaper for me to get the Mopar filters in for the fuel system. I will continue looking, but if I can continue to get them for this price, I will likely stick with them.

Took a few night pics of the LED strip lights in the side doors. Not bad at all IMO. I can see everything I need, and there is no back glare in my face which is what I was initially worried about. I think pointing them into the box worked out great.
