Wow, what a great looking and unique rig. Really a cool alternative to the Taco DCSB + wedgecap.

I see the mention of solar panel but no mention of what it’s feeding for storage. Any battery?

GLWS.

I've been using a Bold North Outdoors 200 Series 50ah LifeP04 battery. Adequate for my purposes, but perhaps too small for most. Happy to throw it in.

Nice set up. I have yet to see a dickinson heater set up and run out the tent like this. And I gotta say with a chair like that inside the camper you travel in comfort and style. It's like a mini lazy boy. I like it. Good luck with the sale.
Thanks Bergger. Got the idea from a snow camping hot tent.

Very nice set up, well written Ad (those seem to be rarer and rarer here!), and fair pricing for a PNW rig (FSBO’s seem to go for big bucks up there).

That comfy chair? It paints an enticing, evocative scene of one happily sitting by the ‘fire’ on a typically cold, grey, rainy Oregon day, feet in shearling slippers, meerschaum pipe in one hand, hot toddy in the other! ?

GLWTS. What are your replacement plans?

Thanks AbleGuy. You literally are sitting by the fire because there is a glass front on the Dickinson! I like your imagery! Thinking to get a 4WD camper van where everything is on one level.

AbleGuy - though you might enjoy this pic. Idea was to get the wife or a buddy to also have a hot toddy by the fire! :)

Willing to separate the Super Pacific?
I would for $14,995 as a package incl. the custom removable clear windows (x3), DICKINSON MARINE Newport P9000 propane fireplace heater w/stovepipe & stove jack, RHINO ADVENTURE GEAR SolarHawk 100w Rooftop Solar Panel, 23ZERO Peregrine 180R tailgate awning, TOUGH STUFF shower tent, GOAL ZERO lights (x3) storage racks (x3) for gear and hook for hanging Starlink backpack. They all work well together.

That has to be one of the most unique and well thought out minimalist set ups I’ve ever seen. Kudos!

Can you please tell us how you close the roof would the chimney? I assume you detach the outer chimney, but does the inner one have to be removed as well? Is that some sort of twist lock port? Really slick implementation.

Hi dstefan. First, thanks! It was a challenge to figure out how to install a heater in the X1 while still enabling the doors to fully open. I was finally inspired by snow camping hot tents. The stovepipe fitting are all held in place by gravity. To close the X1 top, you first pop off the stovepipe cap on the outside. Then on the inside, you pull up on the double pipe to disengage it from the double flange on top of the stove. Then pull the pipe out through the silicone stove jack and stow. There are springs around the inner pipe to keep it in centered inside the outer pipe. You remove them together. No need for removing one at a time. Takes less than a minute to install or remove.
