2024 F-350 aluminum bed

Been preparing for final assembly, it will be glued and machine screwed together.
With that said, discovered a design flaw, in that to pull the bed, the front lower boxes would need to be removed.
I had cut some partial relief in the boxes to get around the front bed mounts and failed to realize it would impede bed removal. To remedy, I cut out the partial relief and made it full relief. One step forward and one back.

Got the lower boxes on the passenger side permanently fastened.
10 oz of sikaflex 221 and 15 ea 1/4-20 cap screws per box.

Got the upper forward box fastened today.
To help mitigate corrosion, the steel to aluminum connections were slathered with dolfinite, the aluminum to aluminum with sikaflex 221 and the stainless socket head cap screws with Tef-Gel

What adhesive are you using? What fasteners are you using? Sorry if you already provided the info.
