4.7L V8 reliability?

Our old 2002 Sequoia is still in the family as a DD and still runs like new with over 250,000 on the clock. Amsoil for its whole life, though maybe Mobil 1 in the beginning, I can't remember.

Well I bought the Land Cruiser. It sure feels odd driving a Toyota that's actually got some pep to it! Lol!

Merry Christmas, everyone.

Not in a truck (92 LS400), bought the whole car for $250 to swap the 4.0 into a 4runner, engine still in the car and runs with 344K on it, compression was near the top at all eight... The 'UZ' V8's are made to last, I have never seen a blown Lexus/Toyota V8 come to the shop or heard of one... just cracked manifolds, no big deal as these engines react nicely to headers
