that would be great if have the opportunity to do that.

The picture of the broken down chair may mislead. It's not near as bulky when packed as it looks all spread out in the photo. Also it comes apart instread of folding up ridgid. Your able to squirm it in tight when packing with other gear vs being so ridgid like a folded chair. For serious space saving the parts could be seperated and spead out to a few areas that you do have room in. I bet I could get a chair in my head ach rack that way. It's not as long as the aluminium chairs when apart either. I'll pack mine up and snap photos next to the other chairs I have if you need me too.

Here is a size comparison the Canvas Tan Bag is the Campaign Chair. The Black Bag is a Kermit Chair. Gatorade for size comparison.

Here are the two chairs side by side. Campaign chair on the left and a Kermit(black) chair on the right.

I did the same thing with a different chair. I manipulated the parts in the photo to get the height the same. The bag is big enough to move the parts around some fit your space. It really shows how small that Kirmit chair gets. Sorry if this is a hijack.

That's really cool to see how nicely it packs down (the campaign chair). Those Kermits are nice too, but should come with a block and tackle chain hoist to help you back up and out of them when its time to stand up :)

As I big person myself (not quite 450, but not far off either) I find it's just cheaper and easier to use the regular chairs. Sure it says 250lb limit, but trust me..it holds much more than that. I can buy 6 or 8 regular chairs for the price of one of the "bariatric" specialty chairs. I just recently replaced my last Walmart chair that I have had for 12 years with one from Target, and this one is wider and supports 350lb for $12. The only reason I bought the new one was that the storage bag for the old one ripped too much to be fixed, and made hauling it a hassle.
