Does this line up with what people expect from 4" lifts? Is this why some recommend 6" lifts? (Not that you'd really want to do that on an already top heavy RV.. Just trying to understand expectations)

Yes. I'm assuming this rig wasn't initially meant for 4 wheel drive. :)

My intention is to use the 4 wheel drive for mud/snow, river crossings and very light 4 wheeling. With a vehicle like this you can't get too crazy.

Exactly!!!!! These rigs are meant for service roads at best, maybe a little up and over to get off said service road and that is about it. I am going to run the ARB first and see if I need anything more, I want to use the damn thing not just project it to oblivion :)

How is it with just around the town driving? Don't feel the bump stop hitting when entering driveway/parking lots? (Again, I'm not trying to bash. I'm researching for my own conversion)

You're not bashing. :)

Hmm, I don't think I have felt the bump stop hitting. I haven't really payed much attention. When I pick it up this weekend, I'll pay attention when I go over some bumps.

Also, last weekend, I decided to turn the Rancho shocks all the way up to stiffen the ride more. There was still a little bit of sway when turning into driveways, etc. If it turns out to be too stiff, I'll turn it down one notch at a time. I think Advanced had set them to 5. I turned them all the way up (9).

Looks sweet!! Now they need to make a nice high quality xenon light kit to swap out. The stuff I have seen looks like junk, anyone have a different source than just google searching?

That really is my license plate. :) Point taken. Glad you like the grill. I'm pretty happy with it. My wife kind of thinks it looks like a black hole.

Just picked this up last week. It's a 2003 Yamaha TW200. Just for puttering around on the dirt roads and trails while we are camping.

Really interested to hear your impressions on the TW200....we're considering something similar as a "dinghy" for our van. What is your plan for a carrier on the rig?

So far I've only ridden the bike once, so I don't think I can give it a review quite yet. I still need to get it inspected and licensed.
