Nice work.

As typical for this build...Nice Work !

The rocker sliders look hefty and the bumpers are coming along.

I am very curious where you sourced the swingout spindle parts and shackle mounts? That is exactly what I want to use on my bumpers.

Looking forward to seeing this beast come together !!

Excellent work, I have the same Suburban here on the portal, you have some mad skills, I am probably going to use your pattern for the bumpers.

. They're from Ruffstuffspecialties.com, thanks man!

Awesome work, and my favorite OBS style front end.

Also like the play on the [HOONIGAN] sticker
you're the first person to actually say something about it, maybe the dirt one to get it. Haha! This is my favorite front end too, looks fancy compared to the mid 80s grilles.

Thank you man! This is the biggest fabrication project I've taken on, I'm definitely still learning.

Thank you for the information. Wow. They have some nice stuff. Do you have a list of what you used from them and your opinion so far?

I've used their gussets and tabs on the sliders and cross members. The shackle mounts are exactly what they should be, big and nicely machined. The spindles are nice, I can't see them being an issue.

The rear bumper is finally welded and mounted. It's fully welded inside and out then I sanded down all the welds on the outside, I might have to fill a few spots but overall it looks good. It's taken way too long, I've got a lot going on right now. This weekend I will start assembling the front bumper and work on finishing the rock sliders. I also need to design/build the rear swing outs. I'm planning to carry the spare tire on the drivers side and fuel cans on the pass side.

Hey great build man. I love reading about these trucks. One question. What SYE kit did you use for the 241? JB Conversions I guessing?
