I changed out the tire carrier brackets so they are now adjustable for different rim offsets. Here are the new brackets.

That's some beautiful workmanship there. Very unique approach to the rear swing out, or at least from anything I've seen. Did you have to use a heavy plate steel for rigidity, like 3/16 or 1/4 plate? Or is it more a matter of making it kind of boxed in? I also am a fan of the dual sheer points on the swing out spindles as I've never been comfortable with a singular point of contact. Is shipping something like that cross the country would be prohibitively expensive.

Thank you! I haven't seen anything like it either. I have a plasma table so it was only natural. the strength comes from the design. And I only use double sheer mounts. as far as shipping I don't think it will be too bad for what it is. ill be finding out soon as I have some now on order. thanks again for the kind words.

Wow amazing work! Any plans on building a 100 series rear bumper?
Thank you! I was supposed to be getting a 100 for mockup. but haven't yet. Benc makes one of the nicest looking 100 series rears I've seen if your looking for one now. I do have a 200 series rear for a local customer coming up.

cheers

Some pics right before paint. I still need to get some hardware. And I added two more mounting spots for 1 gallon water rotopax under the rear tire. they fit perfectly.
