I think I need a bigger truck!
LOVE this thread. Some of my favorite places in the world are old abandoned town sites, mines, logging camps etc. Cant get enough of the shots everyone...

Not my pics, but if you like this type of photography, you MUST check out this site.

Scott Haefner has the same passion for old abandoned things we all seem to. I literally spent hours on his site after stumbling across the Ghost Fleet photos. So amazing.

I also had a link to a site where the photographer spent weeks in and around Chernobyl in the Ukraine taking photos. So creepy... will try to dig it up. So worth the time to see both sites.

Keep em coming!

^^^^^^ That's a really cool link ^^^^^^

This was just an abandoned building in rural Louisiana. Nothing around for miles in any direction.

I have no idea what a Simca is, but it looks like the driver got shot by a high caliber rifle

Hi, Simca was an old French Brand.

I thing they quit production in the early 80´s.

My Father owned one when I was a little Boy...:ylsmoke:

This little road side garage in New Mexico along Route 66 had a few of them sitting out behind the place, and an old DeSoto still sitting in the garage bay covered with about 3 inches of dust
