Yes! We have a 3 mount system made by four-treks available to mount the Shadow Awn to a Gobi rack.

I thought the same thing coming from my 6'5" awning, until I actually had the chance to see the Fox Wing Eco 2.1 in person. The shorter length has a drastic effect on coverage to the point I would prefer a normal straight awning.

I will be fitting an AluCab Shadow Awning on my JKU shortly, the hardest part is the lack of rigidity of the Rhino Rack Pioneer Platform. The awning has no need for ground poles so the rack must be up to the task.

I would be mounting it to an Ursa Minor Vehicles J30 camper top and have two concerns: 1) would the fiberglass top be strong enough with four mounts and steel backing plates and 2) the overall length, both for aesthetics and because I might have to have the forward latches relocated.

Looking forward to to seeing yours, especially a direct side-profile.

Well, one more person here that is excited to see Alu-Cab here in the states. (The number of times I've been to that site, geez)

FWIW, I'm personally most interested in an Icarus type conversion for the more common rigs here in the States. I'd love a Defender but they're just harder to come by here. Can you imagine the space inside a Suburban with a conversion like that?

In any event, the larger community will benefit from Alu-Cab being here and that's good for all of us in the market.

the real question is can you help with the interior toys that alucab has become famous for. Looking on what options are available states side to outfit the interior of an overland rig. Specifically water tanks, drawers and storage.
