Wow, that's a Wheeled Coach and the module is exactly like mine. Why can't I ever find deals like this in my area? :( That thing has all kinds of little parts I could use.

Did you happen to ask her what she wanted for the whole thing? That would be a good start for someone wanting to build a trailer out of one like I am.

I did not ask, but I just posted a link in "Found Vans" for another one that is still complete. I have talked to
the guy before, and he doesn't want to part it out. Was listed a few months ago for $1500. He really wants it gone,
and I bet he would give it up for around $700-800....

Pat, keep in mind, that I am trying to do a road trip to Dallas for Christmas in my rig, and I will pass
right through Pensi. You might be able to twist my arm to bring you your Ambo Christmas List.

Wow, now that's a nice offer!

I saved those pictures so I can enlarge them and study the items better to see what's there. One of the things that I would like to have is the electrical compartment doors and as much of that gray laminate covered plywood as possible, but that's not the kind of item you can just unbolt and carry with you. I would use the wood to add to any cabinets or for building the kitchen area, etc. Also, the white shelves and clips in the Plexiglas door compartments would be handy to add to mine.

Let me study on this awhile and I'll get back with you.

Thanks Eric!

Still plugging along.....

The pics do most of the talking, so here it is:

It is stove piped to that chrome (for now) vent. Which is one that I scavenged recently from a junkyard.
I will eventually put a small fan in the door where that vent is already located, to EXIT and fumes that
may accumulate while making hot water with the door closed. Hot Pockets can be messy, and I don't wanna
have to get my toes muddy if it is rainy.

I think I found a deal on my 22 gallon grey water tank. Will know tomorrow....
This line will feedback to it. It will go between my fuel tank and hitch.

Represent on, brother!

You're, getting it looking good, with all the comforts of home. What is the wooden block for that is mounted on the top of Compartment #1's (left front corner) door?

BTW, I sent you a PM about the junkyard ambo, if you haven't found it yet.

I just replied to your PM. Get it?

And I think you are talking about this door? That is actually an aluminum vent cover. It has vent screen
on the inside of the door, and vents to the bottom of that block. That is where the O2 was, so I figured they wanted
some fresh air to get in there. That is where I am going to put a small cpu fan, to EXIT any fumes that don't go up the
stove pipe.

I got the PM and replied back.

Yep, that's the compartment, but it sure looks like a piece of wood in the picture. Mine had the O2 in there also, but it used a Perko vent for that purpose. Since you also have a Perko vent located right above there, I assumed that was what it was for. However, I see in the latest picture, it is above the compartment top and is venting something else.

Propane complete. Well, until I get my Mr. Heater Big Buddy. Then I will plumb in the remote line for it, too.

I made a tank shelf out of some 1/2'' HDPE I had laying around. The angle iron (for the brackets) is from an
old bed frame I had laying around.

IMG_20161105_163842.jpg

There was a strap already in there for something, so I relocated one end, and am using it to secure the tank.

Hey, and they even work, both at the same time! lol
