I pulled it and shot some liquid wrench in the hole with hopes of freeing it up. I'm gonna let it work its magic overnight and see how it goes.I just loosen it, I don't remove it

I've been on a losing streak. 1st I rounded a bolt on my fan tensioner, then I had an exhaust bolt break off while doing a starter and most recently I gave myself a good zap while wiring the solar. I can't seem to catch a break over here. At the point I'd rather pay someone to break it, then it's their problem.
I'm not sure if the rating on either the controller or the panel tbh, the panel was already mounted and the controller was laying in the sink when I found it. The controller can be switched to run the load at certain times or intervals but I have set to "manual" and will just turn it on and off as needed. As for fusing, my whole system is only 15A so I was just gonna run an inline 15A fuse with this hack jobbie. Does that sound like a reasonable plan or should I keep it simple and just run the charge station to the battery? You should be able to use the load, like that if youd like.
They usually have some settings, like only being "live" if collecting solar, or all the time.
Also be mindful of fuses and load. As I doubt it has a high rating.
I appreciate the patience and understanding, it's been a fun lil project and I'm learning valuable skills along the way. I can't figure out why anyone would just dump it like they did, some breaking bad going on maybeYou’re sleuthing your way through the kind of stuff many of us have had to deal with in the past. So we can enjoyably identify with what’s happening here.
