Your Taco is insane, it makes me want to jump from the Jeep camp over to Toyota which a buddy with a Taco and runner has been trying to get me to do for a while.
Very nice build and when you did your SAS what front axle did you use, early Toy or Landcruiser ?

The force is strong... Thats a tough decision, both very capable, proven rigs.

Since all the 96.5 on up Tcase's are drivers side drop, I went with the cheapest route at the time, a 1981 grand wagoneer dana 44 with 30 spline inners, so I would not have to mess with the drivetrain. I wish I could have kept it Toyota, but at the time and still to this day, Dana axles have more aftermarket support and seem to be cheaper to build.

Finally had a chance to cut up some 3/16 tin for the bed sides.

Next on the agenda is to mount the water tank and fab up the tent mounting platform.

It's on a chaser chassis rolling as a trailer.

Thanks guy's. :sombrero: It's been a while since I posted anything on here and the bed build slowed way down, but I did manage to get some stuff transfered over from the chaser bed. I know it's an old thread eepwall:

Used 19 gal. water tank with some history
Relocated the fuel filler
Finished the panels
