-Fiberglass/Foam insulated panel construction
-Carbon fiber cantilever reinforcement

Curious about that second part. Carbon isn't really compatible with fiberglass as a "reinforcement", since it's ~3x the stiffness. The carbon needs to be strong enough to take the total load, else it will crack. In other words making a fiberglass structure and "reinforcing" it with carbon is a very bad idea. Maybe just semantics.

Just watched the video. Thanks for posting. Looks to be a very nice build. I have a Sportsmobile and wanting to make a possible switch. Can you get extra sleeping inside for two kids?
