I'd like to do the tough part again (as well as finish the trail.) I need to do some maintenance and stuff first though. Like, put my bumpstop back on!
Russel & Wes.... yalls gonna scratch dem purdy lil trucks up en da trail. Jus warnin yall.
This.
The trail is quite grown up and put quite a bit of wilderness pinstriping on all of our trucks. Not just little twigs and branches either. :Wow1:
BTW, what part of the trail is the 'hard' part? The section that loops from HWY259 back to HWY259?
No, from outside of Clayton off of 9 Pines Rd which is Clayton Trail Rd--- which is the tougher section, actually. We only made it to the Indian Hwy. And my truck broke down because of the friggan catalytic converter broke.... nice huh? We would have continued the next day had it not.
Gotcha. Just by looking at the trail on the map it looks like past 259 could get fun but yes Clayton Trail Rd section was fun. Ill have some vids to post up as soon as I get them from my buddy.

Mine came with scraches, so I'm not worried at all. That was part of my reasoning for buying used instead of brand new. I would be a lot more cautious to bring a new one. What kind of scratching are we talking? Deep down thru the paint or stuff that can be buffed out? That might change Ryan's mind about the trip, although I could hold back the branches and stuff for him to get thru.
Maybe an ignorant question, but if the trail is tighter at one end, you could run it starting from the other end, correct?
