Super Swampers (and Boggers) are a premium off road tire for people seeking maximum traction, especially in the mud; they work very well for their purpose but wear very quickly on road (have seen them worn out in less than a year of street/road use, due to their soft, high traction, rubber compound).
When I used them (my favorite off road tires) I kept 2 sets of tires and switched to the Swampers/boggers when going off road on serious terrain or mud racing; keeping the lesser tires on for on road and multipurpose use.
I have heard that Interco does make some road tires too; but I have never tried them.
For medium traction; dual on/off road use I prefer BFG mud tires... Totally subjective, no magic, everyone has different needs & preferences; there are many brands that give satisfactory results.
For street & highway (low/little traction required) use I tend to use up whichever all terrain tires came on the latest used vehicles.

Enjoy!

Anybody use Interco tires Super Swamper Radial (SSR 35/10.5/17) for their travels or have experience with them?
Yes I ran nothing but super swampers on everything I owned up until recently, since I don’t venture in nasty stuff as much anymore. The ssr is basically a tsl radial with groves to shed water and a few other upgrades. If balanced properly, rotated often, proper air pressure and a good alignment they can last 40 k. I had a set of 36x14.50 tsl radials that lasted 60k. The ssr has some hum to them but they aren’t terrible. The trxus can be a bit loud and wear quick, I had a set on a rubicon that lasted 35k, they were loud and rough the last 5k. Off road, you won’t be disappointed.
