We camp in ours year-round but never more than 2 weeks at a time. Usually about 60 nights a year.

For winter --- If I have power hook-up, we've got an electric mattress warmer. Very cozy. If boondocking, I've got 12v electric blankets; you have to keep an eye on your consumption though since solar isn't quite so great in winter. I've never run my dual batteries flat but you have to be vigilant.

I've got an awning on each side and a commercial-grade EZ-Up that goes over the rear hatch for weather. Joolca potty tent; if I were planning to be out more I'd get their double tent and put a Buddy Heater in there for showers.
