Anyone have a source for a new wedge shaped water tank like whats in older FWCs?

What is getting in the way of using a tank with factory inlet/outlet/overflow? It appears, from your photos, that there is quite a bit of flexibility.

Id rather not make new holes in the camper based on the stock ports in a random rectangular tank from the internet.

Well, I was suggesting a carefully chosen to meet your needs tank ordered from the internet, rather than a random rectangular tank from the internet, but I do understand your point. :)

How about a random cylindrical water tank? (Just kidding.)

Just check the tolerances of the tank size and your specified port locations, to ensure you get what you want when you order.

I figured thats what you meant, but even after pouring through all the plastic tank manufacturers I can find online and looking at hundreds of different tank sizes/shapes nothing is even close. Its order a tank I want with custom fitting locations or make new holes in the camper.

Thinking outside the box a little. Arent there companies that line tanks with rubber bladders? Like you pour in a liquid and it solidifies around the tank to seal it up. I wonder if that would be an option, not that I want to keep the stocker now that I know its only 5.8 gallons, just brainstorming.

I don't think I would want my drinking water coming from a tank that I had home sealed that way, but, you get to make your own choice. :)

A couple of 5 gallon insulated water coolers might be a quick and low cost solution for now, maybe https://www.homedepot.com/p/The-Hom...r-Cooler-with-Cup-Dispenser-1787500/202821753. Or perhaps another version that you could also easily sit on?

I meant in a more legitimate way than that. Similar to how they repair old gas tanks by pouring goop into them and it turns into a rubber coating on the inside of the tank.

Anyway, thanks for all your help and suggestions. I have plenty of water jugs that Ive been using for a long time. Im not looking for a quick solution here, Im looking for the correct thing to work with my setup.

I knew what you meant, and treated it as a legitimate, and, quite reasonable, question. Things like do exist, but, again, I don't think I would want my drinking water coming from a tank that I had sealed that way, but, you get to make your own choice. :)

You mentioned thinking outside the box and brainstorming, which is why I mentioned the 5 gallon insulated coolers, but, I do understand your desire to fix your current setup.

You are quite welcome. Please keep us informed!

I like those Ronco tanks. I want one that won't explode if it freezes and the wedge shaped ones allow the ice to rise up when it forms rather than breaking the walls.
