Fangars- love the shot of the butte and the lighting is sweet. This is the butte about 6 miles West of Boyce Thompson Arboretum out there by Superior coorect?

It is hard to tell the quality of the pictures because of how they loaded the photos. They all look like crap.

It was open to digital photography as well as film. The rules stipulated that there was to be minimal post process work done. Not sure if HDR was allowed or not though.

Actually Boyce Thompson is right ON the butte, otherwise known as Picketpost Mountain.
That shot is taken from the west side of the mountain, the arboretum is on the north face down in the creek bed below the ridges shown in the image.
