I thought this one was pretty decent, considering the equipment. Just a point n shoot, a rock to rest it on, time exposure using the timer.

iArt???

Been loving my new iphone, and for some strange reason I can't seem to put the little guy down. Here are a few shots I took over the last week using nothing more than the iphone and the camera bag app.

Those two images are of a deer carcass, my wife and I discovered it not long after it had gone to die under the shelter of a juniper.
It had a bullet wound in its chest, vultures were all around in the hundreds but about 20 or more were crowding the closest junipers.
We go back now and then to check on the progress of decay, some critters made off with the larger bones and scull leaving the spine and some ribs behind.

Rock Creek, near Mammoth Mtn, CA - shot July 4th, around 10,500 foot elevation. Handheld. F4 - 1/500, ISO 80. Canon G10. I love this little camera!
Bigger version here.
