Due to changing away from the single side window and door and doing away with the front window, I was concerned about light in the trailer. We are trying a white vinyl roof like what I install in the kitchen.

Very close to start final silicone of wood walls, should have the fiber glass on the driver side tomorrow. Still have to pick up the passenger side.

New pictures are of the side light, the box that will contain it, the location, driver side and inner location.

All wood has been removed from the trailer in preparation for final assembly, Silicone to be placed around all edges when reattached. Then all edges sanded, screws red locktited, ground to wood level, seams filled with silicone and any high areas ground down. Hope to have most of that done this afternoon.

The location of the solar panel, inside protected from danger and out of the way. The bracket also serves as a set up tool for an open area. It will be connected with a 12 gauge drop cord. One you can buy at any hardware store. The solar panel will have a female 110 plug on it. The cord will be carried in the side box. It will connect to the trailer via a Marinco 15amp shore power connection.

The infamous non arriving holding tank. It is here. TADA. Wrong size, wrong color, but it is in my hands. Modifications have been made and it is ready to mount, but need one more sensor for the monitoring system.

The light housing box will be painted flat black to match other components inside the trailer, it will also house a 12 volt plug with USB ports.

The shelf on the front (between the nose and the doors) new? I don't remember seeing those in your past builds.

Yes it is. I have drug mine around a lot. The one thing I needed was a place for everything, clothes, boots, junk. I have been using action packers and they work fantastic, other than I have to unload them every time. Being water proof that was not a problem, but it took time and it kind of made the trailer look messy. Decided to make the front shelf to hold three small action packers, and fit the solar panel underneath. It fits perfectly with the solar panel I use. There are a lot of things on this trailer different. I use mine a lot so I have learned some things during that time. Each one incorporates what I have learned.

No, I never have the time to make them. I am looking at developing my own, but it just has not happened. I use the ARB slider with turn buckles and chain. The ARB is very simple, no chance of failure, or slight. Way too much money, but time is money I guess.

Still running behind schedule on this. Doing a lot of the little things today, wiring the boxes, finishing the solar area.

Supposed to go to Disneyland tomorrow. Really do not have the time, but it is my grandson's 3rd birthday. Most likely will end up there.

A few pictures of the water tanks, the monitoring wiring, the propex exhaust. Light location and the box it will be in. The location of the solar panel and the action packers. A lot of little things that add up to a whole lot of time and effort. Not done yet with the belly of the trailer, but hope to start finishing that tomorrow. Still need to wire brakes, run vent lines and main tank water lines, do flooring and then install battery, water inlet feed.

Thanks for the comments guys, I really appreciate them. I try to learn from everyone, what is good, what they do not like. Please let me know.

The following are of the nearly finished plumbing, the battery in its final position, the heater all but sealed to the floor, the tile installed.

All of the hoses are stainless, and are brought through the floor with a nipple and then screwed together, the hoses have a compression rubber grommet that seals the system. All water and vent hoses are ran the same. The black hose is the flue for the heater. It comes up into the back of the trailer, which is sealed away and not heated. The header system is all galvanized. I had put PVC in mine and it broke over the winter, not the tank, just the PVC fittings. Eliminating that problem. Slider is in place and the box on the far right side is the propane distribution area.

Thanks Pat, this one has been a challenge. Frame change, the skid plates, the larger water tank, larger holding tank, propex propane heater, new shelf and solar tray. Powder coating the entire frame was very difficult, way more time consuming and expensive than I had planned. I. doubt now I would due it differently, but a learning experience to say the least.

I am hopeful that today the kitchen area will be done, and I can put on the driver side glass. Start finishing this thing. I had planned on it being at the expo, but just do not want to rush it, so doubtful I will be there. I need to have it done by Memorial Day. Pretty sure I will miss the 16th, as the that was the projected date of completion. Just way too much stuff to do by yourself.

you should see marked progress in the next group of photos.
