AT Offroad Motorcycle Trailer

Man, I saw them not too long ago when I was gonna buy the ones from Costco. I'll post up when I find them.

Edit: Found them http://www.cargoequipmentcorp.com/catalog/?product=108
What I'm thinking of looks (looked?) more like this:

Slick trailer! MD, what are the pros and cons on the FOX's VS the air-baged/strut combo? As always, nicely done!

Andrew

This trailer has more of a fixed weight than a regular trailer. By that I mean that the main load is known, motorcycles, water, tools in the front box. This means the coils can be pre-set for the load and there is little or no adjustment needed, although it's possible to do so.

The air bag system can accommodate much larger variations in load by adding air and maintaining travel. Infinite variability.

The cons are that the coil suspension, while very good, is not as responsive and quick as the air system. The air system does need to be maintained, just like tires, but because of the low volume of air in the system, micro leaks, changes in temperature and pressure, and load effect the bags.

Coil over’s are "set up and go", air bags are more maintenance but impressive in performance.
