Congratulations!
It would be nice to see some build and completed photos of those 'special' trailers.

With the route they are taking, I'd guess no need for a fridge or ice chest! :)

Thank you all for your kind words.

We will keep you updated as we progress with the trailers. The aluminum fuel cells are being fabricated and will sit on top of the chassis and below the main box.

Pictures of the "specials" will be posted as soon as we start to put the major components together.

ENGLISH -------- ITALIAN

We have assembled all the components for the trailers heading to Italy, and have been waiting on the 350 liter aluminum fuel cells from UDS http://www.udshardware.com/.

The fuel cells attach to the chassis and the body of the trailer attaches to the fuel cell. Once the fuel cells are attached we will be able to quickly finish construction

As you can see from the pictures we are using a coil over suspension due to cold weather issues at -50'

What, you didn't get the tracking number? As we speak a trailer navigates North towards you.

That is a really slick idea. See, I never would have thought of that. Great minds deserve to be compensated for always thinking of new and innovative concepts.

That fuel cell looks awesome!!

Are there any toughts about making a similar tank set up an option on your trailers? Maybe make two tanks, one for fuel and one for water? I can just see the confused and startled looks now as some one starts pumping petrol into their trailer.

Yes we can offer it as an option. These tanks were made of aluminum, and fitted with baffles, roll over valves, drains, fillers, and hydronic heating coils. Price on a 250 liter single tank is $2500.00. A double tank without heating coil would be in the same sort of price range.

We are making a double tank for their snowmobile trailer that will be 350 liters, 250 diesel and 100 gasoline. I don't have the costs on that handy.

Steel fuel cells would be slightly less but would need to be powder coated.

These fuel cells are not specially armored as they will be traveling over snow and ice. An off-road version would have to have a substantial lower plate or plates for protection.

I mis-quoted earlier in the thread when I said the tank was 350 liters on the Chaser, it is 250 liters.
