Low profile voyager rack with the fiberglass fairing from voyager, yes... I attached the fairing using some hose/pipe brackets and some big washers/bolts. The LED bar I used mounted to the two light mount tabs with some right angle brackets. Its a tight fit, but it is solid. In the pictures, you see wooden blocks glued to the inside of the fairing with stainless steel zip ties, but i removed those later, replaced in the middle and with with the brackets/bolts.
For the back, i used some KC 1" light mounts on the rear bar. They adjust pretty well. I used some larger washers and wing nuts which lets me adjust up/down and side to side pretty easily.
