Best offroad trailer for a large family?

I like these as well but with 4 gals in the group I really need a "wet" water supplied toilet... after looking at all the options that australian companies have to offer seems like in the U.S. we're lacking options for "larger" offraod campers like

MDC have a bit of a hit and miss reputation - they've upped their game, but I think they (and one other company) had a lot of Australian forums banned from discussing their products.

For other good quality caravans check out:
-Kedron
-Bushranger
for some ideas - a fair few of those are used as permanent homes by people taking a couple of years to do the big lap in a series of concentric circles.
