Sorry, will be offering. We are taking deposits though and are about 60 days out on delivery, so technically we are offering it. The design is hardly changing at all. Just going from pop up to hard sided with the option of the inside kitchen, which would take away the driver's side dinette seating.

I believe they are a composite FRP type panel. Not sure the R value but they are quite think. Top of the line for sure.

Pause Reboot, Xplore X195, Kingdom Camping, Arkto and many others use some type of composite (FRP) panels. My Trail Marker use honeycomb frp only 3/4 inch thick. Very light but minimal insulation. Boreas and others go 1.5 to 3" thick. Much better insulation but heavier.
Not a custom size, but taller than the last EOS door, so do not have to duck anymore (at least I don't---LOL).
The walls are FRP skins with XPS foam in the middle. 1.8 inches thick. Around an R-7-8 value.

There are plenty of dispersed camping spots in the Jefferson area and west heading out Highway 285, just past Kenosha Pass. At Kenosha Pass, there are two NF campgrounds.
