Ordinarily I'd have offered to act as a local guide as I did for MountainBiker, but I will be recovering from a knee replacement.

I'll guess if you post up for a trip and ask for a trail leader, someone will volunteer!

Good luck with your knee surgery. Get up and moving as soon as you can. That's important. I've had both my hips done. I'm not really an official old fart yet. Arthritis and a lot of hard physical work took me out.
