I don't have the duffel bag but I do have the waterproof roll top bag in that same line. It is very heavy duty and works great. It would work perfect on a roof rack.

I have the Large bag myself and plan on getting another one.
Its worked in snow and driving rain.
I holds alot of gear as well.
2 Thumbs up for me

We hauled one over the Alpine Loop in heavy snow above 10,500' and rain below that with no leaks, no problems. I've since used it more for a dust proof gear bag on my old beater, and again it worked great for that too.

If want to guarantee a dry and dust free space then get a watershed duffle. They are the best period. I have been using these back since they first opened the company as "Man of rubber" back in the day. The rubber seal is the best in the biz plus the materials and RF construction can't be beat. The bags are duffel style so easy to get to your gear.

More money than I wanted to spend, but they look great.

I went ahead and ordered the Boundary Waters II Magnum size bag in green from Cabelas. This should work, thanks for the input guys.
