SUV tent fitment question

So I am looking at a suv tent to take on a few camping trips this year. We will be using it on my wife's Trailblazer. My questions is will there be a problem mounting the the part goes around the back roof if I have my Yakima Warrior basket mounted?

Anyone??? I'd hate to spend $200 and not have it fit.

I've not used one of them, but I would imagine that if the material can fit underneath the rack , you would not have a problem.
Abd if it didn't work out, you could always return it, I'd imagine.
