Hi Everyone, I have been away from this forum for a while due to work commitments but now I have more time I have started phase two of my camper build.

I thought you might like to see some pics of the build.

Very Impressive

Great work.

Question 1. Whats in the box (behind driver). Power pack of some sort ?

Question 2. Is your new chassis / base frame mounted on 'factory' designated load points or is it done differently ? (bit hard to see from pics).

Question 3. Looks like 'new' colour and re-spray on cab. Any idea of costs?

..great stuff guys.

Great work very nice.

What is the panel you are using for the body?
And what brand of water tank did you use?

Hi Convict

Question 1. Whats in the box (behind driver). Power pack of some sort ?

Its a powermaker from Watts. if you do a search for powermaker John (whatcharterboat) has written a very good post on them, he explains it better than I ever could (thanks John):)

Question 2. Is your new chassis / base frame mounted on 'factory' designated load points or is it done differently ? (bit hard to see from pics).

No they are not factory ones, sorry mate thats all I can tell you:):)

Question 3. Looks like 'new' colour and re-spray on cab. Any idea of costs?

Ya it is, I had it sprayed just after I got it cost about $1500

Hi Pete,

They are vacuum infused fibreglass panel, a guy down the coast makes them on a big vacuum table which is able to bend or curved to any shape, he usually makes boat hull but as things are a bit quite at the moment so he is making my panels for me.

I am using Atlas tanks, I am just about to order my black water tank from them.

Ya mate, he is making the panels to size with rebates for the windows and door cut outs, flanges for the waterproofing and for the rubber to sit on, as for cost I will let you know when he has finished, as there has been a lot of changes along the way.
