It does kinda look like soAZ, but no, this is central. I have Midwest snowbird friends that insist on 1, riparian or forest but must have trees, 2, water nearby when nearby can be counted in feet, 3, no more than 2 hours from Phx, Dispersed with 0 neighbors and easy to get to.
Not a lot of that kinda country around, so we often end up here for the December camp.
